Learned abilities: Several different types of weaponless fighting, courtesy of his father's training. His mother contributed sword and knife fighting. A more than passable thief, thanks to Uncle Gumbo (Remy 'Gambit' LeBeau), he has also had extensive weapons training of various types from Bishop.

Born September 24, 2003 to John and Charlotte Logan, Nicademic is the younger of twins, his sister Sara is older by ten minutes. There is a running argument between his father and his godfather, Nick Fury, regarding his name. Col. Fury is convinced Logan and Charlotte named Nicky for him, and he continues to treat Nicky and Sara as his beloved nephew and niece.

Because of his genetic inheritence, Nicademis has the slowed aging of both parents, with his mother's Torelan genes boosting his mutant gifts. He also has a lion's share of his mother's good sense and disposition, and is often a calming influence on his much wilder sister. Nicademis is very capable of exhibiting his father's rage, however, and earned his codename at the age of twelve from Uncle Eye (Cyclops) during a training session that pit him against a robotic opponent. After the haze cleared, Uncle Eye dryly remarked, "You certainly hammered that one down."
