A theft of a sword from a museum might be unusual, but for immortal Catherine Moreau it’s a serious problem. The sword is rumored to be Durendal, the sword of Roland, paladin of Charlemagne. In the wrong hands, it can change the world. With the help of Detective Jack Kirby, she must retrieve the sword and stop a Dragon Knight from expanding his power base, all while keeping her immortality a secret and working against Jack’s disbelief.
